Use the overview
In the OVERVIEW MENU 
there is a table of the volumes and weights of your design:
- “Bounding Box” = volume and weight of the bounding box
- “Mold” = volume and weight of your mold
- “Part” = total raw part volume and weight
- “Circulation” = volume and weight of the feeding and gating system
- “Total Cavity” = pouring volume and weight
- “Casting Yield” = raw part volume / pouring volume
