With “Move to Locator” a primitive can have three alignments for all three coordinates:

| Left | Back end of the Primitive | |
| Horizontal | None (Default) | Center of the Primitive |

| Front | Front end of the Primitive | |
| Back | Back end of the Primitive | |
| Vertical | None (Default) | Center of the Primitive |
| Z axis | Center | Center of the Primitive |
| Top | Top end of the Primitive | |
| Bottom | Bottom end of the Primitive |
Example of closing the manifold model for creation of a sand core using boolean operations:
Set the locator onto the flange surface, create a cylinder and fill in its properties (“Closed” onto “True”, Radius = ?? mm, Height = Z1 mm)
