How to enter heat transfer coefficients for thermal analysis?
Open the “Boundary Conditions” FEATURE 
The BOUNDARY CONDITIONS MENU shows the required HTC for each material combination which has been entered as a Domain: The default value for the HTC is 1000 W/m²K. Fill in your desired values or use these suggestions:

| Green sand | Sand core | 600 |
| Silicon sand | Melt | 1000 |
| Silicon sand | Chill | 550 |

| Melt | Chill or steel | 2000 |
| Melt | Sand core | 1000 |
