3. Employee User Accounts
Visiometa employees who are authorized to edit wiki content receive a user account. The following data may be processed for this purpose:
- Username
- Name (if stored in the account)
- Email address (if stored in the account)
- Changes made to wiki content
The processing is carried out for the administration and operation of the internal documentation system.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Storage Period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
Server log files are regularly deleted after an appropriate period.
5. Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and receive a copy of your personal data where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
