=====How to use a decomposition (boolean function)=====

A Decomposition is required if a boolean operation results in more then one model, here for example a subtraction of a cylinder-ring from  a plate.
Select the compound to be decomposed, here the subtraction.

Click onto “Update” button of the DECOMPOSITION DIALOGUE, start with Index 0 and increase the Index until the part model you wish to use has been decomposed.
