=====Define Domains or Select Materials=====

After import or creation of your geometry in the “Models” Menu you need to define the types of materials involved.
  - This is done in the DOMAIN FEATURE {{:glyphs:analysisdatadomain.png?30|}}
  - To define the Casting Material click onto the purple text “Casting” in the FEATURE MENU
  - This opens the DOMAIN DIALOGUE for the casting material, click onto "Select" {{:glyphs:entityselect.png?30|}}  in order to open the Select Entity window

====Create Materials====
To create materials you use {{:glyphs:entitycreate.png?30|}} in the MATERIALS FEATURE {{:glyphs:analysisdatamaterialarchive.png?30|}}. You select the relevant materials group, and then you enter the information and properties in the .. material DIALOGUE.

You may rename the new [[main:analysis:domain|Domain]] in the DOMAIN DIALOGUE Header {{:glyphs:headerdetails.png?30|}}

NOTE: Check the Discretization Rank of each Domain!
